Pancakes
This is the recipe my mom used when she made pancakes for us when I was a kid. Around our house Saturday’s seem to be the day that pancakes happen, but by doubling this recipe I am able to refrigerate the leftover batter for a quick weekday breakfast. Just mix this up and you have great pancakes in no time. Sometime I dice fruit or smash up a banana and toss it in the batter and my kids love it.
1 1/4 Cup Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Oil
